  WORK SCHEDULE

  May include frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, prolonged period of walking, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds (lifting of patient may include assistance from team member or lift devices). Ability to operate therapeutic equipment.

  Responsibilities
  Responsibilities include phone triage, patients calls, prescription refills, giving injections, spirometry, EKG’s, assisting physician by preparing patients for exams, assisting with procedures.  This position will also be trained to work front office checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, answering phones and scheduling appointments.  Hours will vary, Monday – Friday, day and evenings shifts. This position performs its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the St. Vincent mission and core values.

  Qualifications
  Licensed Practical Nurse with previous physician office experience.  Exceptional clinical, customer service, organizational skills.  Candidate must be have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various locations within the Indianapolis region.  Flexibility is a must.

This position performs its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the St. Vincent mission and core values.
